As a Volunteer you would provide weekly reassurance calls to Holocaust survivors who are socially isolated; offering companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear. Many of these individuals face isolation and need a friendly voice to brighten their day. Must be of a compassionate and empathetic nature, possess good communication skills. Ability to commit to making regular weekly phone calls. Previous experience working with the elderly population a plus, but not required.
